On behalf of our entire staff, I welcome you to Morris Area Elementary (MAES) and the 2011-2012school year. We look forward to working with you and your child. Upon entering the doors of MAES, we hope you feel the pride and spirit among our student body and staff. The staff at MAES is dedicated to providing your child the best educational experience. Your participation can only make it better.Please encourage your child to do his/her best at all times whether it is academic related, behavior in the cafeteria, or riding home on the bus. We all want the best for your child. As a parent, you play a key role. Your words of encouragement, a hug at the end of a rough day, talking about the school day, attending programs, and volunteering in the classroom all send a message of support. We want to thank all parents for what you do on a daily basis to prepare your child to learn at school. We are looking forward to an awesome year and getting to know you.
